T2400

T2400 is a high throughput capillary genetic analyzer. Sanger sequencing based on capillary electrophoresis determines the specific base sequence of DNA fragments, while fragment analysis uses DNA-specific primers to generate fluorescently labeled DNA fragments via PCR, followed by electrophoretic analysis to obtain the relative molecular size and genotypic information.
