The PGT-A Solution employs single-cell whole-genome amplification and low-coverage whole-genome sequencing techniques to sequence 5 to 10 embryonic cells. Data analysis software statistically assesses differences in chromosome numbers to detect genomic copy number variations (CNVs). By utilizing GeneMind single-cell amplification kits and PGT-A library preparation kits, in conjunction with the GenoLab™ M / FASTASeq™ 300 / SURFSeq™ 5000 / FASTASeq™ S sequencing systems, it can precisely detect aneuploidies of 23 pairs of chromosomes and microdeletions/microduplications larger than 4 Mb across the entire genome.

Automated and simplified sequencing and data analysis workflow
Quick test from sample preparation to final report within 11 hours
Compatible with commonly used NGS library preparation kits and bioinformatics tools
Accurately detects chromosomal aneuploidy and CNVs from low-input DNA (e.g., single cell)
