We’re proud to publish a new study on BMC Genomics comparing the WGS and WES sequencing data of the GenoLab M sequencer to NoveSeq 6000 and NextSeq 550 sequencer in various types of analysis.
GenoLab M is a promising NGS platform for high-performance WGS and WES applications. In this study, we showed that with NA12878 standard genomics DNA sample, the combination of GenoLab M Sequencing and Sentieon’s DNAscope analysis software deliver higher precision and F-score in variant calling than both NovaSeq 6000 and NextSeq 500 Sequencers. GenoLab M sequencing platform therefore offers a cost-effective alternative to these mainstream NGS sequencers.
